hello guys i have a question about Convention loan ! we r in the process of getting a house we have some issues now after being pre approved we were going for fha loan, but now i have to do it on my own and conventional only look at my credit and info etc not my spouse soo do you guys know if u can get down payment assistant with convention loan?
i live in texas and i am not sure if we have any available programs here and i am tired of loan officers and banks bs.
