Question about charges on my good faith estimate

There are two lines that appear on my GFE that's not included in Shane's example. One is a Lender Fee for 1,200 (line 813) and then a Administration Fee $250 (line 814). Is this standard?
10/08 - EX 795 / EQ 816 / TU 806
6/09 - EQ 763 / TU 770

Starting Score (2/2010): TU-767, EQ-745
Current Score (2/2010): TU-767, EQ-745
Goal Score (12/2010): TU-780, EQ-790

Anything that is after line 812 is manually entered and most are Junk Fees

Just another way the broker tries to sell their fee.

Most reputable brokers will use 801 for their fee and 810 if they have a processor

If you post up the entire 800 section we can better advise.
