Quicken and IRS installment

Just wanted to share what I learned from my quicken person. IRS installment requires 12 months of on time payments or enough reserves to cover the total cost. This is for an FHA loan.

+1.  Most lenders will just require 3 months, max.  Tax liens will require 3 months of payments (and can only go with government loans), but if it's not a tax lien yet then a lot of lenders will accept that a payment plan has been established.
