Last night our agent called and said there was another offer on the house for the listing price. The banked both of us to resubmit best offers. Being the house is listed well bellow market value and we really want it we add 10% to our original offer. Which I think is very strong. I talked to my agent today and she said our offer and the other parties offer were submitted to the bank and they are going to be making a decision by the end of business today. She seemed really confident that they would accept our offer because its a really strong one and she also ephasized ephasized we have an approval letter not a pre-approval. EXCITED and NERVOUS
