Loan officer sent an email Friday asking for certain documents (LOX, spouse ssn for credit check due to community property state, and asking if any new credit had been added with inquires from this year). We submitted those documents and I asked him for the update of the loan and he said "it will be resubmitted this week for approval."
My wife's credit only consists of a student loan payment of $118.00 and a credit card payment of $67.00.
They verfied everything last week and now we are at this stage...whatever stage this is.
Does this sound like we are on track or being resubmitted a bad thing?
