Do you have a Realtor that you know and trust? If so, get recommendations from your Realtor - even though it is a refi, we keep in touch with our clients usually as a matter of good relationship building.
If you don't have a trusted Realtor, try family and friends to see who they worked with that they liked.

BTW, you don't need to have someone local to you. Just someone that loans in your area - excellent lenders are all across the 50 states and many loan in all 50 states.
