Hey guys, does anyone have any recommendations for any local lenders in the Tampa Bay area? We are going down next week to look at houses, I have a pre-approval already, but want to see if there are any better deals. I'm looking at a Convential 30 year with 5% down at around 350k. Give or take some. Being that FHA limit down there is 271k, that kind of limits the options, so I'm going Convential route.
