My partner and I bought a home in 2014 I am listed on the deed but know on the loan. He passed away on 9/15/2017 I have been to the courts and now i am the only one listed on the deed. I am trying to put the loan in my name. we have a FHA loan. I have been working on my credit to get it up. does anyone know of a bank that i can do this with. trying to save the home we build together
