They will require that you have the dispute comments removed for the mortgage process either way. It's best to remove them beforehand just to see where you stand. It would be an even worse feeling to be approved with your scores now if their inflated only to need to have them removed and then be disqualified.

Good point, thanks. I've asked the CA to remove the item altogether and they agreed, so hopefully this will be a non-issue!

My scores did drop a little but my lender told me what to get removed and it was only one item. My score only went down ( points but has rebounded back up since they dropped. I got to closing next week so it's all done now!
