Since I was looking at it earlier you might want to consider NASA Federal.
They will do 5% down up to 765k at a rate of 3.0%. They told me they'll go up to 57% DTI using an FHA mortgage.
Not super busy like Navy Federal seems to be with this 90 day close stuff. You can't even talk to them about mortgages on the phone anymore.
