After various uphill battles, we closed as scheduled on Friday September 26th. We moved in that same weekend and are pretty much settled now. We are happy with the home thus far.
We had a major bump that almost caused the loan to get rejected, due to the bank's procedures. After doing research myself, I asked the bank to review their process, because it was incorrect - I was the first one to have this issue - ever. I was correct and we got past the hump.
