Ah, I cant wait to get my final disclosures. The seller agreed to seal the driveway so I'll mosey on over there this weekend to see if its being done.

We just need a furniture card to but illl livecwirh none of I can just get this house closed.   I keep praying the appraiser is faster then usual in writing this report since we had to wait three weeks for him to get out there but I know it’s dreamimg
