Shopping for Construction Loans...

Can anyone recommend some reputable companies for construction loans? With my credit scores would I be better off going with a national company vs a local one? What are some things to look out for before choosing a company?

Your best bet is going to be a 203k FHA loan... or 203k VA loan if you're a veteran... 

The best advice that I can give would be to get 3-4 estimates from different lenders.  If you need the name and contact info of a lady that I used on an FHA streamline, I can forward you her information... She specializes in govt loan programs.
