Got my closing disclosure today! Now we just wait until the 30th. Hoping the homeowners will want to close early.
Mortgage scores have also gone up tremendously after paying down some credit card balances! 691/679/673

We were around the same timeline - I got my closing disclosures on Friday and we closed on Tuesday, no issues, smooth sailing. Hoping the same for you!
