I was in UW for 13 days and was a nervous wreck, but I am clear to close.  My time is sat at 10:00a.m. on friday 05/04 and my dream are finally comming true. Congratulations.

Where is everyone today.. Closing???.. Ha Ha..

We are stilling waiting... I have gotten a couple e-mails today requesting documentation... Always a good sign because then I know someone is still looking at it.. ha ha.. But, I thought I was getting e-mails from the actual underwriter and just figured out they were from a processor... But, LO told me 2 days ago it went to underwriting, so maybe underwriter is just telling processor what is needed...

processor said uw should not need anything extra, but we are still waiting for the damed appraisal to come back!!
