Thanks to info on this site I rebuilt my credit from Bankrupt to 800's range. 5 years latter and we now own 31 properties, 18 are rental properties. 10 conventional mortgages and 5 commercial mortgages. I walked away from my day job last December (christmas present). Now we mostly travel around and do road trips in our camper. When we are not traveling, we are buying ugly homes for cash fixing them up and renting them out for top market rents! I am no longer depressed and working in a cubicle. Bankers are no longer my enemy. They are my friends and biggest assets and always happy to see me.
