I want to thank you all for your feedback in regards to my postings. Thanks to your comments, I was able to make the right decisions and to avoid any inconveniences. I learn so much from other people experiences and that helped me tremendously in this process. I finally closed on November 15th, 2009!!! Love my new coop.
