Thanks to Myfico

Well, I have closed on my first home purchase as of 3/8/2019!  I have been on myfico for the past year working hard at keeping my credit clean and it paid off.  I was able to qualify for 3.5% down on a $389,000 home at a rate of 4.25%.  Super happy with my new home!!!  Thank you to all that have answered my questions and given advice along the way!
