Heard today that my loan went through underwriting with nary a problem, so no more hurdles! 
Didn't really expect any problems, and my lender chided me a bit for being overly worried. But I've read on these boards so many stories from folks who thought things were going to be okay, only to be shocked with a surprise at the end of the process.
Closing is set for next Thursday. I take possession on Aug 1 . . . and then have to move during the hottest week of the year!
Wow, I think this is really going to happen.
