Your file has come out of underwriting and is conditionally approved. The documents listed below are required for final approval:
1. Complete recorded bankruptcy papers including the discharge.-submitted to LO
2. Letter of explanation for filing bankruptcy.-submitted to LO
3. Proof that child support payments have been received for the past 3 months. Either with current bank statements (all pages) or a pay history if paid through child support services.-submitted to LO
4. Letter explaining why the schedule C business wasn’t filed in 2014
5. Current bank statements (all pages) to reflect the following:
a. Earnest money check has cleared-submitted to LO
b. Sufficient funds to close are available-funds to close are available
c. Deposits other than payroll must be documented-submitted to LO
6. First time homebuyer certificate
7. Name and number for your homeowners insurance agent – needed 10 days prior to closing.
