So I haven't been on for awhile. We did app, got certificate, found our house, had it inspected, and appraised. We made offer of full asking price with them updating furnace/AC electrical and major problems inspector found. Now we are just waiting for funding to close. Does anyone have info on funding? Our agent said April for funding, but everywhere I read said they don't receive funding until October... our closing date is put in as April 30 or before with funding.
