USDA Direct

Hello!

I am really interested in applying for a USDA loan sometime this year. I am planning on taking care of my mother whom will live with me. So my question is, does she have to be on the loan with me? Or USDA just take in consideration her income (social security)?

Your mother does not have to be on the loan with you but yes, her income will have to be disclosed.
