USDA Guaranteed (FL) Loan File Review Progress UPDATE!!

Thanks Ohio is pretty backed up as well...my app was submitted on November 8th (a full month ago). We also have had to ask for extensions from the seller. I hope that we both hear something soon The USDA process is not for the weak, that's for sure!

Sounds like your processor or LO are not so thorough hoefulkt. At any rate you ought to get approval today and not suffer through another weekend of anxiety! I'm off to go close, please let us know what happens

My LO just call me and told me that USDA is working on my file now they just need some paper and she just send it OMG IM so happy !!!!!!!

update: Our USDA office closes at 4:30...and they haven't issued a conditional commitment yet...another weekend will be spent anxiously waiting. :/

Well today Monday December 10, 2012 in Florida USDA is working on Files from 10-26 to 11-10

In Ohio they've received all of the signatures and additional docs they requested...now we're patiently waiting for them to turn it around. So nervous! Hopefully this will be our week pirulin!

My husband and I  are happy we been waiting for ever , first the shortsale approval , then to clean the UW and finally USDA We start this process back on June 2012 not counting that we have last year (Oct. 2011) another house and the short sale was not approved . We were waiting for that approval for 4 months but we are glad that was not approved because the house that we have now is 100% better and ready to move in thanks God
