USDA Home Loan Approval NO CONDITIONS

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to spread my joy with everyone here at the forums!

My LO informed me today that my loan has been approved through the bank and USDA with no conditions!!!! My mid credit score is 665!

Very exciting and a sigh of relief

Our closing is set for February 19th, but will probably be moved up!!  This is so exciting!

How long did it take you to get to this point.  Also are you building or buying a home that is already built?

I am buying a home that is already built, built in 1996 to be exact.

We submitted the offer on January 8th..This process has moved extremely quickly.  The home owner is ready to move ASAP since they have a house they're closing on very soon, so they wanted out of theirs asap.  So all the negotiations have been pretty much same day responses from them.
