USDA Interest Rates...

We are in the process of trying to get my husbands mid score up to 640, once we do we will be applying for a Guaranteed USDA loan. Just wondering what other people were getting for interest rates that had a similar credit score?

the Guaranteed loan rate is up to the lender you use not USDA. USDA Direct, which is the loan income loan woul dbe the 3.75. We are doing a guaranteed loan current and our rate is 4.1%

Mine's a guaranteed and we're a 3.75...and the credit is borderline.
