Congrats to everyone working so hard! I applied for pre-approval on last Friday and received word yesterday I was preapproved for my requested amount of $145k and hope to start my new construction soon. Good luck everyone!

How long does it take to get a pre approval from lender before its sent to USDA? We submitted all W2 s ,pay stubs bank statements ect... Our pre approval is to see how much we can get. Thanks
