Does anybody know what the USDA rates are going for? I've looked on line and see them going anywhere from 3.5 up to 4.5 I have great credit and compensating factors, but have heard that the USDA rates are a bit higher than the market rate so I am not sure if 4.5 is the "going rate" or not. I'd love to take my brokers word for it, but I understand they can pad their bottom line by providing higher rates so I am curious to know where things are. Any help?
