Woo-hoo! Still don't know what the conditions are, but the LO said "nothing too difficult", so I'm hoping it really is that easy. Groundbreaking is next Tuesday, so we are on track for that. I still can't believe this is all really happening. I need to go pinch myself...

Yes, I'm building, but no construction loan. The builder just required the FHA down payment up front and a loan approval.

Have fun with the build process but make sure you stay on top of the builder!! I am about 30 ish days away from our house being completed and I have visited the house daily! I have found a few things they did wrong by stopping by daily and I like that I am able to make sure everything is done correctly. Yesterday I stopped by and the tile guys installed the decorative tile in the master bath backwards so the paper holding the tiles together that says INSTALL THIS SIDE OUT was installed with the paper between the tile and the wall. LOL Sheesh! It made the what was suppose to be clear glass tile now orange....
