I told you scrubbing helps now do it. The best sponge is the ones you get in the auto detail section, not the cleaning section. They last forever and you throw them in the washer. Just remember when doing walls, use a CLEAN sponge and clean water w/ Dawn Dishwashing soap. This also works for windows and you don't get streaks amazingly enough.
Think how much better you will feel if you get something super clean instead of pacing. You could eat out of my toilet! I had my hand down IN THERE. Pumice stones from HomeDepot also work to get out those stubborn water rings.
PS: Music helps get the cleaning done and pass the time. Must have music for cleaning.
Wow, great tips! If I can tear myself away from my computer I may have to make a trip to the store.
Out of sheer boredom I checked my EQ score and it jumped from a 547 to a 601, that's a bit exciting for me.
Talked with the bank today and they said the UW only requested the title work and homeowners insurance and that would satisfy their conditions (our LO is going to submit it all today). Does that mean it's all going well? They didn't want anything else from us and no one has ever mentioned our unpaid collections.
I am just not sure what to expect next.
Hey VEGGS! What' up with the termites?
I think you are going well bc our first round from the UW - they wanted a copy of the hazard ins. They did end up coming back w/ more conditions the next day - one was for my LO to sign her cover letter.
I think this is looking good.
Fill me in on what's been going on.

Welcome back!
The seller has promised to treat the termites with a 5 year warranty. Still waiting to hear about roof repair but the bank appears to be on top of things at least!
Sounds like you're getting there. Slowly but surely!
WE CLOSE NEXT WEDNESDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Woohoo! Will the roof be fixed by then?
Any weirdo conditions from the UW?

I guess we are having a meeting on Tuesday with the contractor/adjuster about the roof.
The loan is with the USDA right now and the termites are being treated next Tuesday which is all he said the bank wants. I asked about unpaid collections and they don't need any paid (so I can still try PFD after we get the house).
We will be stuck with two houses for a couple weeks as we won't be able to get it all moved super quick but that's ok.
