We are in underwriting. Don't know anything about the AUS return but only had two questions: one regarding why we don't have a housing payment now and about ownership in a property we don't own.
According to LO, FHA did an appraisal on this property in Jan (contract fell through due to buyers home not being sold) so they are waiting on a copy of that.
Should I be getting excited? Or should I still be cautiously optimistic? My anxiety is through the roof.
