Update & Applying for ReFi / Cash Out

It's been several months since I've visited this board.  Within that time, my husband very suddenly passed away, leaving me with 3 young children under 5.  It's been an awful 3 months, but my life is readjusting, and starting to take some shape again.  

We own 4 rental properties, and I am refinancing one of them to lower the rate/payment and to use the cash out to pay off a high interest rate loan my husband took out against another.  I am so happy to say, I took the leap and applied!  So far, pending the appraisal, I am approved!!!!  If all goes well, the transaction should close mid January. 

This forum has given me so much advice and support.  Thank you!
