Calculating the DTI was very difficult for my first LO, he was an absolute idiot, I had to explain how to figure out my income. He must have entered all the wrong info to get the initial automated approval. I'm salary plus commission, with a recent raise, yadda, Yadda Yadda, it was too complicated for him. Ill post again in a few days with a ctc and an actual date of closing.
