Ive been approved for usda direct and recieved my COE. This site has definitely helped me out in keeping faithful. One thing I was told is it's very difficult to get a manufactured home and land package with usda direct. Has anyone gone through this and what's steps will I need to do to make this happen? I would even be into a construction package with a stick built home. My realtor is pushing away from this and wanted to get some insight here.
