Using spouse income for mortgage

I plan on applying for a VA loan early next year. I would like to use my spouse income along with mine for more purchase power. By the time I apply my spouse will only have a little over a year of work history(she's not from here) Will we still be able to put her on the loan and use her income without at least two years of work history?

Yes. We would need two year history and she can have a letter of explanation that she moved here and does not have a two year work history in the US.
