I’m trying to obtain a VA Home Loan, but it seems as if every lender I’ve met. Can’t help me out, due to a tradeline having 6 late payments in the past year. I ran across some medical issues, due to my service connected disability. Which caused me to fall behind on my payments. I’ve caught myself up on the payments and haven’t missed any in 4 months. I have a middle score of 557, that I’m currently working on as we speak. I’ve had a tremendous jump in my score over the past 6 months by me diligently working my tail off. Are there any lenders out there, or does anyone know of any who could help me. I’m really not trying to wait until March or next year to start building my home.
