VA Loans - Does CC Util Matter?

Assuming you meet all of the other lender and va guidelines, and still hit DTI with very high cc util, does it end up actually mattering what util is at? Ie 90% util but still over 620 mid, no recent derogs, and DTI ok.

Thanks!

Utilization is certainly considered by the automated underwriter.

But if everything else is fine.... it wont be a big issue

Re: VA Loans - Does CC Util Matter?

I just got a VA loan last month, the bank goes through its normal loan process. The VA from what they told me just guarentees the loan. So yes utilization does count but as long as your DTI is good you should be ok.
