I'm sure many of the regulars here remember me. We bought a new construction condo in August 2014. It appraised for 240k then. I've had several realtors tell me its worth 270-275k now. Since I get 5-10 refinance offers in the mail weekly I decided to call one up. He told me I could refinance cash out my condo with up to 100% LTV. That means I would be getting close to 35K back when everything was all said and done as well as a 3.625 rate, down from 4.125. He said my payment would go up 4o or 50 which checks out due to the paperwork he sent over. Has anyone else had any experience with this? I am going through Nation Lending Corporation based out of Ohio.
