So to my surprise, a local credit union feels they are able to get my refinance done even with a median score of 600 flat. If it comes through, my financial turmoil will finally be over. This will rid me of 8k in collections, payoff my good standing credit card, a $229/mo installment, and even my $650/mo car payment. Mortgage payment only rises $300/mo and gives me $25k in cash to complete my home upgrades. I'm so excited to hopefully have a disastrous 3 years of financial crisis finally done and be able to breath and save money again.
