We are trying to get a VA loan and have run into a negative result on tyhe Cavirs report. We forclosed on a house and according to the criteria are not eligible for another FHA loan for three years but the eligibility for a VA loan is only two years. How do we get a clear Cavirs report after the two year mark. HUD of course is not helpful in answering this question.
