I'm not overly worried about the seasoning of the sale proceeds of my toys. Just curious, but thank you.

As far as the replacement toy, there is no need to pass it by her. She is sad I am selling it, but it needs to be done to help our DTI due to still having my mortgage. I'll replace the toys after we close. She loves riding the Ranger.
