Wells Fargo what does this mean?

Last night I applied for a mortgage through WF. I filled the application out online and was contacted 20 mins later for futher info, like ss number and assets. We have already found a house and gave all the info. After getting all information, the agent stated she would call back after pulling my credit report and asking when were we looking to close. She called back about 10-15 mins later stated she had everything and said she was sending the file to Underwriting. So does that mean eveything looked fine or will I find out after Underwriting? We would like to close in the next couple of weeks if possible.

Typically they run you tru DU to get a pre-approval. If that looks good, you will go to underwriting.

Did you put the offer in on the home already.

What was your mid-score if you don't mind me asking?  I heard most lenders want a 640 now a days!

Wells Fargo is known to approve for scores down to 600

My middle score is a 618 but I am doing a VA loan.

We're doing a VA loan though WF too. My husband's score is a 618 and mine is a 603. We're in UW now

Are you sure?  From the representatives I have talked to, they require a minimum 620.
