I received a message from my LO today that was forwarded from the processor. She was requesting a better number for employment verification since she hadn't received a call back. The email started with my name "is going to DR". I did ask the LO in my response back but she hasn't been the greatest at answering my "extraneous" questions. I looked at the acronym list on this board and did an internet search with no luck. I have a closing date but of course am worried what DR is. Can anyone enlighten me?
Also, the subject line of the email was "My name DR" so it wasn't a typo.
It would be strange to mention it to you maybe but it could be "Deal Review". Maybe someone else has a better idea.
She still hasn't answered me
"Review" seems feasible. Maybe D is "document"? Close date is 9 days away so I hope she's reviewed the documents by now!
I guess as long as I'm not going to "HH" (hell in a handbasket), it'll be OK, right?!
Could be Desk Review?
I dunno. I had to look that up and it pertains to appraisals, correct? Nothing in mine seemed odd except they didn't overwrite after the last appraisal and it had the wrong school district. Everything else seems correct and reasonable. It appraised $15K over the price and I'm putting 20% down so the amounts seems fair.
No futher requests or emails from the LO so I'm trying to assume all is well and wait patiently.
I work in mortgage... DR is usually in reference to Document Review. It's a step in the process.

Great- thank you! Hopefully it's the next to last step? - closing in 8 days and haven't heard anything in a while.
