Starting off on the process of buying my first house, which I would like to use the VA loan(I received a COE years ago so I do qualify). Being my first home buying experience I’m obviously green on what to look for and expect. My current lease is up 11/2019 and will go month to month from there. I’ve rented from my current landlord a total of 5 years between two different places and we have a very solid relationship so I think he would be flexible so Im very thankful for that.
Im not really sure of the process but currently I reached out to two lenders who work with VA loans to get pre-qualified.
Looking to see from those with experience with VA loans if there’s anything I should specifically look for or do.
