I have a 30 day late from Sep 2008 and Nov 2007 When will this fall off my credit report? And can I dispute it and have it fall off? FYI, I'm still financing my house with that same company for the same loan.
Want to get this off my report then my report will be crystal clean. Thanks.

What is GW?
Also how do I do it? I really want them to remove it off my report? It's only on my EX report?

A GW is a GoodWill letter.
You can go to the rebuilding boards and get examples of a GW letter. You can also ask in the rebuilding boards for any other ideas that may be able to help you.
Just so you know a GW is no guarantee they will remove the information from your reports, but you have to keep trying and be consistent. They will help you on the rebuilding boards.
the late payments will stay on the credit report for 7 years, and then fall off, but no need to worry because the lenders only look back 24 months, i have 1- 30 day late last year 6 within the last two years, and my fico scores are 732 719 and my eperianc credit is abot 728 i have at least 18 late payments within the last 7 years.
