When will mortgage score update.

My 4 credit cards reports to the credit bureau on the 18th, 26th , 31st and 3rd of every month. For the first time ever, All 4 of these cards will be reporting a balance of 0 except one showing less than 10%. When will my score update? Does it update every time someone pulls credit?

In my opinion, if your last card updates with the bureaus on the 3rd. Pull your score on my fico after that. Your mortgage score will be updated each time you pull it and anything has changed that affects your mortgage scores. Credit utilization impacts your mortgage scores so there should be a change to that score each time your credit utilization changes. I am no expert and have just started watching my mortgage scores but from what i've learned about how mortgage scores are figured I would recommend pulling it after your last card reports.
