Which Mid Score do Lenders Look At?

Hi Everyone,

I'm preparing to buy my first home next year and trying to educate myself. I just received  3 bureau credit report from My Fico and it has different score variations. 

Do mortgage lenders look at your middle Fico mortgage score? Or, do they look at your Fico 8?

To be even more clear. On MyFico you will see these scores:

Experian- Fico 2

Tranunion-Fico 4

Equifax-Fico 5

They will use whatever is the middle score of that version

If there is more than one borrower they will us the lowest Middle score of the two borrowers. An example Husband has 780 and wife 650..... they will us the 650 😂
