Just got an approval on 3.5% interest for over a million, but 97% chance the house will be $800k. I'll for a better rate but it's toubh to find 3.5% down loans on quadplex. I'd like 2 more offers from other lenders so I can pick the best one.
Also if relevant I'm building a real estate portfolio, so if lender does me right, I'll be back in the very near future. Next house will likely be a duplex, then depending on how I do I'll decide if I take it easy or buy more. My main goal is to be able to take care of all my expenses without needed my job. I love my work, but want to cut the chain around my neck. I want to stay because I CHOOSE to.
Thank you so much! You guys are the best!
So nobody has any good lenders they like? Who is everybody applying to?

The quote you were given of 3.4% is about as good as you'll get on a high balance 4 unit FHA purchase without paying points.

Thanks for feedback. I was getting the impression that I actually got a good rate. I was told to try 2 other lenders just to be sure I've gotten the best deal, so wanted to try some others.

I'm a lender and can confirm you're getting a good deal.
NICE!
They are my main bank so maybe that helped. My paycheck goes there.
Discount points? It's impossible to know if the loan is good without knowing the amount of points.
No points. Which lenders do you like?
