Who has their mortgage with WAMU and what are your thoughts on them??

I just found out that my Mortgage note has been sold to WAMU and should close before Oct 1st. For those people who have WAMU for their mortgage company can you tell me anything good or bad about them?

We have our 2nd with them.  The loan is on auto pay that the funds come right out of our bank account every month.  Never had any problems with them.

We had a mortgage with WAMU about 3 years ago and everything was fine.  No problems.
