I started out seeking USDA guaranteed, but it was shot down due to circumstances, so I switched to FHA. LO knows this, I had to sign a change order, etc. Is she just having a "moment" or does an FHA file REALLY have to go to USDA for some reason? She's wanting to pull my credit again now so she can send it over, but my credit isn't ready (I have a card w/ my Dad that has a large balance due to their just having taken a vacation on it, so he has to pay that off).
