As long as you're not itemizing on your tax returns to the point that it drops your AGI, you're good to go!

I've pulled my updated 3B report.

Score 5 - 757
Score 4 - 720
Score 2 - 784

I assume the 757 score would be used, correct? If so, am I still in good standing?

I'm most concerned about having enough cash for a 5% down payment plus closing costs. I'm looking in a high demand area so I cannot expect too much help from the seller.
